Booking an appointment over the phone was an easy process and she was very helpful with making sure that we get the services that we wanted. Upon arriving, we were seated in the lounge to relax and before the massage started, our masseuses asked us for our personal needs and gave us time and space to get ourselves situated. “This is a really great office. I’ve been doing PT on/off here and at another office until I found out that I needed surgery to fix a labral tear. As soon as I found out that I needed surgery, I knew I wanted to come back to see Michelle post surgery, she’s awesome. Momentum is very busy so I had to split my time with Michelle and Danny. They are both great. I know I’m in good hands with a very knowledgeable staff. I’m glad I’m doing recovery here. They are very personable and have such positive attitudes. They are busy for a reason! Cindy at the front desk is really nice too.“

“The overall experience was well. The massage therapist made sure I was okay throughout the session. However, I didn’t like the interaction at the front desk. I asked the lady to add 20% tip, to which she replied, “people usually give 25%, that will be $79 for you. Is that okay?” This was really unexpected. Tips are the client’s choice not a necessity. I think it was very unprofessional and greedy.“
