About Massage Oasis

Massage Oasis offers a mix of experiences. Some customers found the massages to be effective and enjoyed the friendly staff, noting how intuitive the therapists were in addressing tension and pain. However, others mentioned concerns about cleanliness and felt pressured for higher tips, with requests exceeding 30% of the service cost. While some clients left feeling relaxed and satisfied, others felt the tipping expectations overshadowed their experience. Overall, the quality of massage varies, and potential visitors should be prepared for differing opinions.

I've been going to this place for 2 years now. The massages really helped me with recovery after giving birth, however, I'm tired of them asking for more than 20% tip, or even a tip every single time. I do try to be generous and tip each time but I don't like that each of their personnel has started pressuring for this.

I hate that the door is opened so many times and at times left open. I think I'm done going here as the affordability is no longer worth the experience and hassle.

Amazing experience! Took my grandfather for his back and neck pain, he had slept wrong then I ended up getting a massage as well and wow. The thorough care , they work in sections when massaging, hot stone and hot towel service from Lucy was phenomenal. I had back soreness and I have nerve damage in my legs , they really took their time and worked in the areas I mentioned and they felt that needed. My grandfather was very happy, kept complimenting the young lady Linda. Afterwards Sophia thanked us for coming as we thanked her being so welcoming, Lucy and Linda worked 1hour straight using great skill and strength to relieve the pain.

I agree with the reviews on tip. This has never happened to me before, but today, I paid cash for my massage and had a $20
bill that I needed change to leave a tip. The lady at the front desk told me I needed to tip 25 or 30%. After reporting that I give 20% and have always done so, she said she didn’t have change. So, she asked around and got change, but only gave me $5 back not what I had asked for in return but it was pointless arguing. I will only return if I have exact change as this was unprofessional and the first time it had happened in the 3 years since coming to this place.
