“After interviewing 6 different contractors, we decided to use New Line Construction. The price was in the middle compared to others - 2 Contractors didn't even bother to respond with quotes. Carlos, the owner, came in with a good price and had more information up front about the details of our projects - very knowledgeable about current codes and everything construction - his experience is extensive. Carlos was very professional and thorough - always keeping us informed and great communication. He completed three renovation projects for us - a basement bathroom and laundry room (December 2025) and a kitchen remodel (spring 2026). The crew was great! Always here when they said they would be here and answered all our questions throughout the process. The tile work completed by Lobosh is amazing - he completed flooring, shower floor and walls and kitchen backsplash! Fernando completed so much detail work and does a fantastic job! The kitchen remodel included taking down the bar wall, widening the other opening, refinishing the wood floors throughout the entire first floor and painting the whole first floor as well. The floors are amazing (they had a lot of patching to do since a wall came down). Also - toward the end of the kitchen reno - we had flooding in a basement bedroom from a septic problem! UGH! After getting the issues fixed and remediation done - Carlos' crew took care of all the drywall repairs, painting and baseboard replacement. We were so appreciative they did this so quickly! We will use New Line Construction for our master bath renovation for sure!!“
