We recently renovated our hall bathroom with the sole purpose of ensuring that a family member could have wheelchair access to all bathroom functions. Working with Ben Gaston and designer Tam Reynolds we were able to achieve the exact vision I had for this space. Ben and Tam were able to work within our very small space and reuse most of our original fixtures to minimize the costs. What was most impressive was the ability to renovate this space in a very timely manner and totally within budget. We had been having problems with pipes freezing in our laundry room for several years after a contractor had extended the room by 4 feet, exposing the pipes beneath the flooring to low temperatures in the winter. We reached out to a number of contractors but the common response was “we don’t do that,” be it HVAC, or plumbing or drywall. We finally found Rosewood Building and Design LLC, who is a Class A licensed contractor, qualified on all fronts of home construction and reconstruction. They quickly assessed the problem and came up with an elegant, efficient and quality solution.

Ben and his team completed a home improvement project of a large screen TV and fireplace built to a custom design involving new framing on to an existing wall to enclose the TV and electric fireplace.
All work was done on time , extremely neat , and his subcontractor electrician and wall paper hanger were excellent and on time .
Communication and questions for Ben were always promptly answered and resolved. I highly recommend Rosewood for quality work that you will be happy with !
