It was a pleasure working with Rosewood Building & Design in 2025. They handled the demolition of an old deck and storage area, and constructed a beautiful new deck for me. Mary was in communication with me on a regular basis, and Luis is a meticulous and detailed-oriented craftsman. The crew arrived in a timely way and worked daily until the job was completed, and were hardworking and trustworthy. They also replaced a retaining wall, fixed siding and trim, and other tasks.

I had some work done previously with them and it went very well. Needed a few under cabinet lights replaced. Scheduling was easy. Tech Gabriel arrived at the scheduled time, installed and left the area clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the price seems high although that’s subjective on my part. Work and professionalism are excellent.

I was extremely impressed with the work at my home from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout and an excellent work result. I have worked with several contractors before but after working with Rosewood, I know who will be first on a very short list to call.
