Went all over town to find a place that knew how to do the braid I wanted…another salon told me about Romans and boy oh boy. I have found a new place to get my hair done. Their braid was amazing!!! Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!

We recently had a large (650 sq. ft.), beautiful wraparound deck installed by Dan and we could not be more pleased. Dan is in a class by himself - he is personable, professional, reliable and his work is meticulous. We are so happy that we hired Dan and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a deck.
Incredible workers here, I've become friends with most of them, and I've always been treated with respect. The workers are very helpful and ensure that any request you have is made. They have a wide variety of glasses to pick. If you ever need your glasses to be cleaned, they also do that for free.

A few months ago i had vision problems and it was scary. a contact had stuck to my eye and left it burning immensely. Dr. Nguyen not only assured me but gave me the proper medicine to help soothe the pain. she was very sweet and understood the intensity of my situation and got to it immediately.
I just recently went in to get my s/o glasses including an eye exam. We had some miscommunication with the receptionist involving our insurance. By the end of our visit they had fixed the issue & we felt a lot better about our situation.
Jason did a great job. I spoke with him about some around the house work. Updating things fixing broken items. In a rough list: Redo a deck bench, fix a on wall book cabinet, some drywall patching, some painting, a gate, floating shelves, and installing a cabinet. I have so say he nailed it. The work is exquisite and all with a majority of extra scrap lying around. Of course somethings were needed to be purchased but everything in life costs something. Speaking of prices, his are amazing for the quality of work you get. I have recommend him to all of my friends and family. I have no complaints at all. I was going to get a picture of the gate, but it's cold and windy. Trust me it's awesome.

Studio Verde is the best gem I have found in Front Royal. I’ve gotten facials, waxing and nails done and each time perfection. Special shout out Alexandra! I got my first ever facial with her and now close to 2 years later it’s a standing monthly self care appointment for me.
Crystal gave my now almost 4 year old daughter her first haircut around 2 years old. She's the only person who has cut my daughter's hair since. She shares helpful advice for upkeep and maintenance. We were in recently, and I showed her a picture of how I wanted my daughter's hair cut (we were looking for something shorter and easier to care for) and she completely nailed it! Not to mention, my daughter feels comfortable around her and she always goes the extra mile to make my daughter feel like a princess, which is super sweet. They always make time to fit clients in. I'd recommend Crystal and all the other ladies at the salon in a heartbeat.

It seems like I've tried every shop in Front Royal, and left each one unsatisfied. So my husband says, I think Jamie can give you a nice haircut, and I found myself in her shop this morning. We had a blast talking, discussing my hair, and understanding what I was looking for. She took her time, and that was very appreciated. Another plus is that I can walk in, no appointment, whenever the mood strikes me to get my hair cut! Thank you Jamie! ;)

100s and 100s on my hair cuts in Fairfax area for last 13 years ‘ since we moved to warran county but no body pleased me so I suddenly decided that I want to try someone local ‘ and I have a hair cut with (Jody) at sensational and she have amazing had patience with me and try her best to understand and listen to me and that was really impressed me and I have my dream haircut just under $30. It was a Friday night when the well stopped. No water in the house. Stanley Plumber came out on a Saturday and took care of it quickly. I was able to get water back — on a weekend. Most other plumbers would not even answer the phone on a Saturday. Very good service.
We had lightning strike our house, and it damaged half of the lights. They were able to get somebody to us the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’m very happy with their services and will be a regular customer.

This team did a wonderful job - excellent workmanship, skill and very organized and clean. Their woodworking is impeccable...we did a large outdoor kitchen out of large beams out here in LEX VA- they worked to custom-create it and exceed our expectations. Great communication and very trustworthy- my husband worked on it all with them through design process and waiting periods as we prepped our outdoor space...They were patient and flexible with us! We hope to do more work with them soon and would highly recommend them. Great guys and excellent at their trade.

Joe took on my job at the height of the pandemic back in 2020. He did s fantastic job under pressure given all the logistical challenges of that difficult period. The foundation he poured is solid and has held up well over the past five years! He cleared tons (literally) of boulders on a hill side to make it happen.
Would recommend him to anyone with a challenging foundation construction situation.
Timber Works did a phenomenal job removing an enormous tree from our front yard. The team was friendly and helpful, and they were in and out quickly.
I very rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so for JC Tree Care. I called them Monday afternoon to get someone out to my house to look at four trees I wanted taken down. Within 15 minutes after I called, Jim was at my house to give me a quote. The price was reasonable and the guys were on site at 7:30 the next morning.
From initial call to the completion of the job was less than 24 hours - virtually unheard of in my experience with local contractors! I will definitely use them again in the future.

It is a house, a calm small office, where they do their best to minimize potential chaos so sometimes you have to wait in your car until the previous client comes out, or shift your seat to give everyone space (especially the animals) since going to the vet is stressful , I appreciate being seen one at a time.
When my GoGo was starting to decline in her age and poor health and I talked to Dr Sullivan about the “what ifs” she spoke with me in a gentle, knowledgeable way (her way) about options and some possible outcomes: re end of life. I appreciated this tough, practical yet kind conversation , it prepared me for the time ahead.
Even now, years later, the women who work there, talk about my baby girl, GoGo, they remember her. That means the world to me.

I had a full grooming for my corgi mix. She has a double coat and desperately needed to be stripped and her nails trimmed.
They did an excellent job and were easy to work with.
We have had them trim her nails in the past. They did an excellent good job and she is not easy to work with for her feet.
