Manager rude, too bothered.. Refused to allow and explain tech to texture cut when tried to explain how I needed thick crown textured. She insisted only to use thinning shears. When I explained shorter pinched with scissors only below top layer. Manager insisted not allowed or could not understand thinning shears causes top too short and is different. Manager scolded me to ask tech to pinch under cut. Stopped the session. I had to leave with unfinished cut after being insulted to even request new tech to do. Dirty salon, smelled like mildew, poor service, kids running around while they tried to cut my hair, which ended up being very uneven.
