We ordered a 14x14 lean-to pavilion to fit our new concrete patio. Jeremy at Helmuth worked with us every step of the way and the product they delivered exceeded our expectations! This team did a wonderful job - excellent workmanship, skill and very organized and clean. Their woodworking is impeccable...we did a large outdoor kitchen out of large beams out here in LEX VA- they worked to custom-create it and exceed our expectations. Great communication and very trustworthy- my husband worked on it all with them through design process and waiting periods as we prepped our outdoor space...They were patient and flexible with us! We hope to do more work with them soon and would highly recommend them. Great guys and excellent at their trade.
This is the third cabin/shed I've purchased from Helmuth over the last ten years. The quality and craftsmanship continues to be outstanding. Spencer, was my sales rep, he was extremely diligent, quick to answer questions, and provided a very smooth and great experience. Calvin made the delivery of the cabin, an extremely difficult job driving it up a mountain, inch by inch to land it perfectly on the foundation. I'd highly recommend Helmuth Builders!
