Amanda and darla at the front desk always do an amazing job at fully explaining all the insurance crap and scheduling concerns. I wouldn't go to any other dentist!
If I could give them more stars, I would! My time with Apple Valley Dental Group began on Apple Blossom Friday. I had an emergency that needed to be addressed, and while everyone else including my new dentist turned me away due to the 'holiday' Dr. Pole and his team got me in and helped me with the highest quality of care. After visiting my new regular dentist, I couldn't help but notice that the care did not match the care I received at Apple Valley. I decided not to move ahead with the new dentist, and went back to Apple Valley Dental Care. Everyone was amazing, especially Amanda. She was very helpful and very professional. I’m thankful for the Dr’s and assistant’s guidance for pointing me in the correct direction to get my issues resolved. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing dental work to come to Apple Valley Dental Group first.
