Had an emergency water leak concern and they scheduled me right away! Immediately went home from work after being notified of the leak in my home and the technician beat me to my house. The technician was unbelievably patient and was able to answer all of my questions. We quickly diagnosed the issue, and the technician didn't charge me a service fee based on the diagnosis. Awesome customer service, highly recommend!
