I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Complete Heating and Cooling, both management and technicians did a superior job, getting parts quickly, installation was performed quickly with cleanup when completed. Then they took time to not only explain the system but how to get rebates for the work. For the few days prior to the installation they even gave us a loaner air conditioner. I give a shout out to Lou Anne and Edward for excellent efforts. They did everything they said they would do AND MORE.
The technicians( usually Douglas)are always on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. They do what needs to be done and are not pushing about additional services. They installed one heat pump unit and regularly service both my units.
