Three years in and I’m still the person referring everyone I know. My work demands everything—long days, a packed schedule, people counting on me. Nava is where I actually take care of myself instead of just saying I will.
I use their full spectrum: gut restore, IV therapy, acupuncture, massage, supplements, facial services. It’s part of my routine now, not an occasional splurge. What keeps me coming back is their team. They know my name, know my needs, and treat you like you matter.

I’m updating my review because management took the time to call me, listen to my concerns, and acknowledge that the website and enrollment process need improvement. I truly appreciate that level of accountability and their willingness to listen to customer feedback.
My original concerns still remain: the required initial evaluation should be clearly stated on the website, customers should have the ability to contact their local office directly, and customer service representatives would benefit from a better understanding of the membership structure so they can provide clearer guidance.
