I have been visiting Vitalia for many years. I trust each member of their staff explicitly. I have always found them to be professional, knowlegable, friendly and accommodating. From Corrine who is the BEST at the reception desk, to Gro, Dr. Long, and my latest encounter, Esther, I would highly recommend Vitalia to anyone who is seeking honest, professional guidance for addressing concerns related to our aging skin.

I found Vitalia after pricing around 4 sessions of Exilis Ultra laser and Vitalia, hands down, had the best deal in town. There was a bit of a hiccup with their former office manager who had a very offputting and unprofessional nature, but the owner was quick to reach out, rectify the issue and credit my account for the sessions I purchased. That level of customer service is very important in the world of MedSpa because women don't play when it comes to these pricey treatments. I ended up moving down to Richmond but thoroughly enjoyed my 4 treatments with Gru and she made the laser experience much more comfortable through the pain. I've been going to Vitalia Medspa for 10 years now because they take care of me. From the office manager, who used to be Janet, to now Corine; you bet they will give you their best and honest advice on what will work for you. Gru is my only esthetician and she has been able to keep my skin looking subtle and glowing. She is highly knowledgeable in the most current laser and skincare procedures and overall beautiful person inside and out. Keeping up with skincare is equally important to overall healthcare.
