Good luck getting an appointment here. Even if you're finally able to get someone to schedule you, they'll take your insurance but won't tell you it's not approved. They let you waste yours and everyone's time by showing up to the appointment to be denied. Not sure why they would call before to check my insurance information if they weren't even doing anything with it. Very unprofessional front desk person, not helpful at all. Now I will run out of my medication because I've spent MONTHS trying to get this appointment. The online appointment request is useless.

I wish I had seen these reviews before having an ESG there. 12K down the drain. It made no difference in how much I could eat and have not lost one pound. They should be in prison for medical fraud. This many BAD reviews is no error. They don't care at all and I went through the same as all the others here to voice there experience. I hope all of you filed a complaint with the physicians board in Virginia like me. I have never seen reviews like this. Like 75% and about 70% 1 Star and most say as I would, if I could give zero Stars, I would. I see most got the run around on the phone when they called the office or the Corporate office in Florida. avoid this place at all cost! this is bought by a private equity firm that put profits over patients care! so if you are asked for unnecessary colonoscopy or tests dont be surprised because they want to make more money! if you want my advice look for an independent GI rather than these sort of organizations that the last thing they care about is your health! They took my medications hostage to force me to schedule a visit without a prior notice during new year holidays !!
