The doctors are excellent! When you can actually see one. This now a corporate healthcare and patients are money. Before it was Gasto Health, I could get in touch with my doctor. I had a very good doctor patient relationship. GastroHealth has changed that relationship. I don't get to communicate with my doctor anymore. I send a message to my doctor and someone else in the office answers it. Very frustrating. It's like patients are no longer people, we're just a way for the CEOs to take in the money. If you research GastroHealth it is up and down the east coast. Again, the doctors are not the problem it's the corporation that is the problem. GastroHealth could improve by bringing back the doctor patient relationship and doing away with the middleman.
They are the pits. The only thing good is that medical staff is pleasant. Who cares? Competence and diligence is what counts in medical care, and you won't find that here. They're all flying on autopilot like zombies and just billing for revenue. You must research your own symptoms on medical sites and guide them on your care and what you want tested, because again, they're on autopilot and just label your disease into a generalized 'we don't know what it is or what's causing it' category and throw drugs at you and see what works. Zero medical curiosity as to causal factors. It's as if they went into their profession for the money, but have no natural personality or intellectual traits to be effective medical professionals. The problem is, they have few competitors, even in our major metro area.
I really love gastro Health they're taking good care of me however their phone system is a nightmare I keep getting this extension is not valid. Seriously? That can be fixed I shouldn't have to try and sit on hold for 40 minutes to get someone on the line. And I shouldn't have to keep going to the portal to reach my doctor's office. You need to fix this. If I can get a phone number for your business owner to find my complaints I would thank you.
