“Dora Electric was the 4th electrician I called on a Thursday afternoon. The first one required me to open an account before they would even listen to my issue, the next two were robots, and then Yesser picked up the phone at Dora. It was an emergency call and he was up front about the pricing. I thought I knew what the issue was (at the time I was sure I knew) but then Yesser arrived and followed a very methodical process. Instead of replacing a circuit breaker, he fixed the outlet that had gone bad. Because he didn't let me push him around and tell him what to do and followed his own training and experience, he found the problem and fixed it on the first attempt. He actually ended up charging me less than quoted, which I've never experienced with ANY contractor. This guy is in my contacts for all electrical work from now on. Fantastic electrician.“

We valued his expertise in recommending the type of under cabinet lighting and switch boxes we would need for a future tile backsplash. “I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. “We recently used Viva Electric Contractors to install a chandelier in our family room. When I made the call to ask if they are able to do the job, Chris came out himself to look at the chandelier and where it will be installed. After assessment of project he give me options to choose which both seemed very fair compare to other companies we asked around. First of all he didn't charge for the estimate regardless if I hire them or not, then he scheduled the project considering our availability. Richard and Chris took their time to make sure everything is safe, installed the chandelier and cleaned after themselves before leaving. He gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job. “Owner, Gregg, helped us get our generator replaced by Generac. Our generator was catching fire and running dangerous hot. Pullin Electric did the install and tried for 28 month to fix a wide range of issues but was never able to. Gregg tried to fix but the issues were beyond repair. He worked with us to convince Generac to replace the generator. Generac approved the replacement. New generator was installed and we are very happy. Gregg and his crew are very knowledgable and professional.“

“I've had Eliu Napky perform several services at my home over the last year. He's now the only one I use for heating/cooling issues. When I was ready to replace my 24-year-old furnace, he found the best option to match my home needs and coordinate with my A/C unit. He didn't try to 'upsell' me a more expensive unit, which I appreciated. He also removed the old water line installation for my humidifier, since it was attached to the cold water line for my water heater. (standard now is to attach it to the hot water line).I contracted him to do semi-annual maintenance on furnace, A/C, and water heater.I just had him replace my broken water heater. He came that evening to see what was needed, discussed options (I chose the tankless water heater), cost, and installation times, then followed up with an emailed estimate for me to approve. He ordered the water heater and installed it as soon as it arrived. Every service was done quickly, on time, and at the price quoted. Excellent and responsive service.
