“I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. “Owner, Gregg, helped us get our generator replaced by Generac. Our generator was catching fire and running dangerous hot. Pullin Electric did the install and tried for 28 month to fix a wide range of issues but was never able to. Gregg tried to fix but the issues were beyond repair. He worked with us to convince Generac to replace the generator. Generac approved the replacement. New generator was installed and we are very happy. Gregg and his crew are very knowledgable and professional.“
