“LCPS renovated two of my bathrooms and they both look beautiful. The quality of the work was excellent and they responded to all my questions and concerns during the process. The tool they used to communicate and handle invoicing was very easy to use and made the process a lot easier. There were a couple costs that popped up during the process vs. getting communicated in advance like the shower glass and sink-tops. These things are purchased separately which is why they didn't come up, so I would recommend asking early in the process if there will be any items purchased outside of the initial materials order and estimated costs of those.“

Importantly, he is also experienced in working on insurance repairs. Project Manager Hakan was very thorough and detail-oriented during the construction phase. There are always a couple of hiccups in any project, and Hakan handled these quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction. As the kids say, 10/10 would recommend.“

They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we don’t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. Bill showed us the options, gave suggestions, accommodated our requests, detailed the steps involved and kept us updated along the process. “Metro Drainage Pros excavated eight clogged up downspout extensions and replaced them with 4” PVC pipe with clean outs and popup emitters. They removed and replaced part of our concrete walkway to insure proper pitch to the pipe that had to run underneath it. From our first contact to the completion of the job, the owner, Jim Monge, was responsive, easy to work with, and meticulous. The price was in line with the other estimates that we obtained. All the work was done neatly and carefully. Except for unavoidable weather interruptions, he began and completed the work as scheduled. He dealt with a few minor complications (a space problem with joining the extension to a downspout and extra- thick concrete) very professionally.
