Every aspect of my experience was top notch. I called in to ask what the process was and what to expect form insurance. Mike fielded my call and he was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My Farmers insurance had no issue with me wanting to get service at Patriot and that was also an easy process. He took me in early and finished quickly. Also, if you have a new car they are certified to do the calibration of the lane departure and other windshield features. 10 out of 10

They ordered my windshield without me having to pay upfront, AND, they charged me their cost (with no mark-up). Easy to schedule appointments, and replacement was done in 90 minutes. (Lost Rhino brewery is a 3 minute walk, and they have food, golden tee, and pinball)Highly recommend!

Great price for a windshield repair, Safelite was >2x as much and no availability. I had it done in 15mins at this place. My damage went from a half-inch to ballpoint pen tip size, barely noticeable now.
