“We have used SR Majewski for several projects. On out last home he added a 16x 20 addition to our home, he rebuilt out family room when an attic ac unit leaked through the ceiling, his team also repaired several rooms in our basement after a sump failed. We like his work so much that when we decided to build a new home Steve was the first call we made. Steve and his team turned this wooded lot into a beautiful home. There were no surprises during the build that were not fully communicated before anything was changed. He honored all quotes, met all time lines and finished the house right on time. The only issue is you may have to wait a bit before he gets started on your project only because his work his top notch, he stands behind what he does, he is honest, dependable and easy to deal with. I don't think we will ever move again as he built exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us as we made changes during the build. If it added a cost he created a change order and once signed he made it happen. All this to say should we have a need or decide to build he will be the first call. We have recommended Steve to our friends and family and now they are all believers in SR Majewski.“
