My wife and I were anxious to get back to the Powhatan area from Lynchburg and had looked at several apartments rather than a used home with all the repairs and additional costs. We came upon this newly built house in Feb 2020 built by BRESCO LLC and decided it would be better than renting since rent is sky high here in the Richmond area. We got an inspection which found many incorrect items which after some back and forth were partially fixed.
