“I thought I had a mold issue in my crawl space, so David came out to do a free inspection. Because I know nothing about mold, he could've sold me unnecessary products and labor and I wouldn't have known the difference. But he was honest and said he didn't see any real cause for concern, and suggested a few things I could do myself to make sure my crawl stays dry.It's good to see a company that's honest and not just pushing unnecessary products to get business.“

Unfortunately despite my warnings that we don’t play golf in the house, my husband swung his golf club and took a chip out of the corner of stone. I immediately called ASD. They quickly responded, gave me a fair quote, scheduled right away and sent a very knowledgeable repair associate, Mr. Kenny, over to fix the damage. Mr Kenny and River a few min early and quickly went to work. The chip was deep and in an awkward spot and he made it look good as new. Cleaned up everything and even resealed the seem which had worn over time and refused to use my trash can so I wouldn’t have any risk of the materials in there. “They did a repair job for me on some broken tiles in a shower. Nothing but first class work all the way. I watched the installer - he measured, rechecked, checked the level multiple times, all to make sure the job was perfect. Don't get your tile work done by someone who does tile work, painting, power washing, and fine art appraisal. Get someone who just does tile work, full time. These people were the best. You won't be sorry.“

“Luciano and his team saved my family from impending disaster. We had a licensed general contractor do some home remodeling for us. They opened up 2 areas, one of which was an entire wall. We asked the former contractor if the wall was load bearing multiple times and they insured it was not. Long story short a few years later the ceiling began sagging, which they said would be the drywall settling-wrong! On top of that they never came back to address the cosmetic concerns I had with the sh*t paint job and butchered trimming/ framing. Well thankfully I found Luciano! After having other contractors come and quote us, he was the most prompt and knowledgeable. As weary as I was about the general contracting process given my experience, I chose him. He was transparent about his license, experience, insurance, and pricing. Luciano addressed every concern i had within two days. He reinforced the foundation and installed the proper support for the ceiling. Also their attention to detail is amazing even if they are fast, because they have over 20 years of experience in building homes. “The entire process went very smoothly. From the meeting with Anthony to discuss our project, the measuring of our current windows for the replacement windows, to the installation crew we were impressed with the professionalism of everyone.Scheduling of the project went very smoothly and the crew showed up promptly on the date and time we were told. The crew did an outstanding job and after they left, you would never have known that we had new windows put in.Some follow-up work needed to be done. It was promptly scheduled and taken care of.We are extremely pleased with the windows and are already noticing a difference in the warmth of the upstairs in our home.“
