“I called Precision Plumbing for an issue with the kitchen sink and toilets driving at my sister's home the Tuesday after Labor Day. Even though they had to make up for a holiday, they were able to schedule me the next day. Josh called me when he was less than 30 minutes away and I met him at the house. I have to say this young man earned his pay at the house. He had to physically locate the drain pipes by digging down at least 18 inches. But he used his knowledge and found the exact spot. Mind you this pipe has not been unearthed for over 50 years. He did everything he could that day. He came back the next day and spent several hours tracing the blockage. Josh is an amazing plumber and was very easy to talk to and deal with. The staff that take the calls and handle all the work are also amazing and I would go to no one else.“
