Eric was a great technician. He came out shortly after receiving the service request and kept me posted the entire time until he arrived to fix my air conditioner. After the repair, he also took the time to update me on what he did and made sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate the prompt service and clear communication.
MEP is an excellent company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. We just had our HVAC serviced and the technician, Mike Baggett did an excellent job helping us with our heating issues.
