“HIRE ZAP!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! So Thankful for David and Dodd coming to the rescue. Had an electrician install perm outside lights. They started going out a section at a time. Sloppy work with cords…and so much more horrible things. I contacted David from seeing another great review.
