Rainbow came in and cleaned it up quickly and professionally, providing updates, photos and clarity the whole way. When the time came to do the complete repair, they were courteous and respectful of our property, and continued to give us clear updates on progress and expectations. At the end of the job, there was a little confusion over billing, and the team and Rainbow was diligent to address the relevant discrepancies and ensure the billing was handled correctly, before I issued the final payment.
