“Aaron called after hours to see if it was ok with us for him to come & start the process to fix our kitchen ceiling. He came put plastic down did what he needed to do, cleaned up his mess, explained what he had done & when someone should be coming to pick up equipment & give estimate to finish the job. He was very professional & well mannered!”
“I can’t say enough great things about Jerry and Kirk! They did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel as well as the restoration work in our crawl space. From start to finish, they were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and took pride in the quality of their work.
Our bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. They also did a fantastic job addressing the issues in our crawl space and made sure everything was completed properly and thoroughly. It’s such a relief knowing the work was done right.
Jerry and Kirk were also great to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated with us, answered our questions, kept us informed, and treated our home with respect. It’s not always easy to find contractors you feel you can truly trust, but these two exceeded our expectations.
We are extremely happy with everything they did and would absolutely recommend Jerry and Kirk to anyone needing restoration work or remodeling. Thank you both for all of your hard work and for making such a huge difference in our home!”
“When a leak came through my kitchen ceiling, I was referred to another restoration company. They responded quickly, removed the damaged ceiling, covered my kitchen with protective plastic and containment barriers, and then…disappeared. After weeks of unanswered calls and emails, I was left with a torn-up kitchen and no idea when—or if—the job would ever be finished.
My insurance agent recommended Professional Restoration Services, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Brent came out the very same day, assessed the damage, reviewed the previous estimate, and had a crew scheduled within a week to pick up where the other company left off.
From start to finish, everyone at PRS was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The crew repairing and painting my ceiling was highly skilled, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
I can’t recommend Professional Restoration Services highly enough. They restored not only my ceiling but also my confidence that there are still companies that truly stand behind their work and their customers. I’ve already recommended them to others and would absolutely use them again—although I sincerely hope I never have to!
Five stars all the way!”
