We needed to call Finish Line Plumbing for a burst pipe on New Year’s Day. Not only did Asa arrive only an hour after we called (and we live in a fairly remote spot), but he was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing, diagnosed a few things that we would need to address to stop it from happening again, and fixed the burst pipe quickly. Highly recommend Finish Line Plumbing and we will absolutely be using them again for future plumbing needs.
This is my first time in physical therapy, and I am well pleased with the professionalism of Leslie and Daniel. Couldn't have had a better experience. Castleman made us feel like their only client: very warm and patient and relaxed, all signs of people who have been doing this a long time and are very confident in their skills. Never once did they try to steer us in a direction they may have wanted us to go; instead listening carefully and taking plenty of notes, and providing an end result that was exactly what we wanted.
Our skinny and cramped laundry room was "adequate", but barely so, and really lacking in the features we needed, such as additional storage, pedestals for the W/D, and a larger sink for soaking clothes or bathing dogs. Castleman really turned it around into a room we now actually enjoy the mundane task of doing our laundry in!

We have a Geothermal system that functions both for both heating and cooling that was installed when we renovated our house. Scott Geothermal has been doing its routine maintenance for a few years now, and it has been working perfectly— until today.
Today, after 3 days of extreme heat and humidity, the condensation function stopped working, causing water to overflow into the attic, and down through the ceiling on the floor below.
I called Scott at Scott Geothermal to take a look, because he had been keeping it tuned seasonally, and there were 2 more sweltering days predicted, with heat indexes of over 105. I expected to have to wait a long while to get him to come over because of the demands of a HVAC engineer on hot, hot summer days.
I was wrong— He came over first thing that morning, arriving before 7:00 a.m. He flushed the clog, checked all the condensers and repaired the upper unit to stop the problem. He made suggestions about maintenance that I had not considered. But most importantly, he came over in the sweltering heat so that I would have air conditioning, and he made sure that my the water dripping into my ceiling stopped, thus avoiding a catastrophic ceiling collapse.
I recommend Scott Geothermal to anyone who wants prompt attention in an emergency. He cares about his customers!

Festival Dry Cleaners saved the day with my wedding dress! I live out of state, but was getting married in Boyce, VA. On Friday, we tried to steam my dress for my Saturday wedding, but it was just not steaming like we had hoped. My mother in law was panicked, so at the last minute (like 3 pm on Friday) we called and they said they could get it steamed for us for the next day. My dress was steamed and ready for pick up by 12 pm on Saturday. My wedding was at 4 pm! The quick turn around was amazing and my dress looked stunning. They also dry cleaned all the suits for our wedding!
My service specialist was Danilo Argueta. He showed up early, took care of the problem, and was on his way. Perfect.
