I just had my Live Sawn White Oak floors installed throughout my whole house and I could not be more satisfied or happy! Not only are my floors beautiful, they feel good underfoot and exude quality.

I live in mid-eastern North Carolina, and while delivery tried to be a challenge, Jordan got in his truck, drove to my house, and helped make my dream floors become a reality. Quality guy, quality flooring! Jordan gave me complete confidence that I would be satisfied with the end product.

I got exactly what I hoped for and more. A great big thank you to Jordan and everyone at Cochran's Lumber.

Cochran's is one of the best resources for custom, high end home builders and designers! The wood and color selections are beyond what can be done in the field. I had been hesitant to use a pre finished floor in a $6 million build, and it has been a show stopper! The hatteras finish is so chic! Jordan is a dream to work with, he takes time to answer questions but he also takes time to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they want. He's an excellent resource for a designer and their facility, their team, the process is first class all the way. I will be using them for my next project.

While Cochrans was not able to assist me because of their location to me, Mike went above and beyond to help put me in contact with someone who could. I can only imagine the level of service I would have received, if I’d been able to do business with them! I don’t think you’ll go wrong if you choose them! Thanks again! Denise Simpson
