My neighbors cat attacked a juvenile crow. We live in West Virginia and Blue Ridge called me back almost immediately and because birds are federally protected, and we have no rehabilitation centers near us, they can take them once they contact WV Wildlife offices. They are caring, absolutely knew what to do in our situation and have followed up by text and emails. I cannot sing their praises enough! I wish I lived closer so I could volunteer there!
