As always, Our technician Dwayne is always very polite, Respectful, and kid friendly with our daycare kids!! He always goes above and beyond for our needs!! He goes out of his way to help us with multiple locations!
Today was my first treatment but let’s back up a bit. I called about a month ago and they were ready to book my appointment within days but I was ready so I had to schedule 3 weeks later. Ben the rep I talked to on the phone was patient, knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) patiently and set up my account. Today Dakota Came to my house. He was on time, polite and friendly and they immediately got to work and it was done efficiently and quickly.
So far seems like I’m in great hands!
