Team members I've met have been very friendly and explain what they see and their plan resolve the issues. We had them come out to take care of a raccoon that made its way into our attic. They provide a warranty as well which was utilized a few months later since another animal found/created a new entry point into our attic again. I wasn't able to identify the animal but they took me at my word for hearing noises and found a solution.If there is one knock against them it's that they likely won't be able to see you immediately. But if they could they'd probably be going out of business... I'm sure they have to prioritize more critical situations as well.

Environmental's customer service is excellent - whenever I call with a question they are responsive and helpful, and usually have our technician come out within a day or two.For over 2 years Dwayne with Environmental Pest has been our technician, and it's been such a pleasure to work with him and the whole company. He is friendly, careful, and so respectful, and I am so glad we switched from a competitor.When I have questions, he is extremely knowledgeable. Outdoor (home perimeter) pest control is never ideal for the wildlife or the pollinators, but we have some invasive and significant pests that need to be kept at bay. I had a problem with snakes. Small ones in siding and large ones trying to access roof overhang. I received prompt and courteous service and had no further problems. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to help. I highly recommend their services.Services: Rodent extermination
