As someone who works in the construction industry, I have some knowledge of how these things go. My initial contact was with Amy and I can say, she is the absolute best! She explained the entire process to me up front and what to expect, so there were no surprises. She called me within the hour after I got off the phone with my insurance adjuster. The very next day Chris and his crew came in and they were so professional and personable. I felt as if I were talking with a family member. They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing as they were going along, and what the expectations were going forward. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!
