Ryan and Theo were AWESOME! We needed our chimney cleaned. They arrived on time and called 30 minutes beforehand. They greeted my wife and I and told us what they would do. They laid out painter's Tarps, started a vacuum, and went up their ladders. They cleaned the chimney and actually pulled out the stainless liner to ensure it was cleaned. They reassembled everything, cleaned up leaving no dust and we settled up (very reasonable price!). They suggested getting the top of the chimney repaired and adding a cap. We'll do this in the Spring as long as we can get the dynamic duo back to do the work. Thanks again guys for a wonderful job. I was truly impressed.
So I need to provide an update to my previous review. After my complaint, the operations manager reached out to me. Garret did not disappoint! He explained in great detail regarding the estimate, assisted me in cutting costs and was a pleasure to deal with. The previous contact, Michael, is no longer with the company.
