I was having a problem sending emails to certain domains. Multiple IT professionals looked at the problem, tried various fixes, but where unable to resolve the issue. SPG dug in on the problem, found settings that superficially appeared correct, but which were the root cause of the problem, and resolved them. It did take a couple of weeks, but I chalk that up to the difficulty of the problem. Once fixed, the problems went away immediately. I'm very happy with their help and strongly recommend them.
