RW is very accommodating to their clients' needs. There was poor lighting in some areas and once brought to attention, management promptly installed supplementary lighting in the affected areas. Shipping and receiving runs a smooth and meticulous operation that helps alleviate the day-to-day tension of working with expensive electronics. Security is state-of-the-art and they provide a luxurious cafe and lounge that is accessible to all RW clients. I recommend their services to individuals and businesses looking for a data center solution.
The amenities at this data center put it firmly at the top of my list for places to visit if I want a coffee or soda, however, the lighting in the server rooms is abysmal at best. Having to work on, or install, servers here is impossible without bringing your own light source(s).
If you are serious about your data and IT infrastructure, RagingWire is your choice. They stand by their SLA of guaranteed 100% up-time. Amazing company with exceptional customer service and management team. I've not seen such a state of the art data center anywhere in the US.
