The lady who cut my daughter's hair is extremely rude. She made the hair too short. When she started to cut the hair, I asked her not to make her hair short and she said "I know my work, don't tell me what to do". My daughter is in tears all through the day. Horrible lady and very headstrong. She lost two customers forever.Service: Haircut
Diane, the owner, is our go-to stylist! She always remembers each member of my family and we get the same expensive salon treatments at a much lower price. I don't hesitate for cuts or colorwork.
The onwner of the Ashburn and Leesburg keeps asking for more money and is so rude. She is so unprofessional. I am given one price, then she decides to hike it by raising it over and over. Awful service and getting duped by Seven a hairdresser and Diane the owner. Only the head of this Franchise can stop her.
