I started training with Neil a while ago. Prior to this like many others, I'd tried multiple gyms as well as trainers but never had the results that I desired until I started training with Neil. He made me feel very comfortable and came up with a plan that fit my goals as well as schedule. I am very pleased with the results and recommend them without any reservation!
