“I recently hired Heart of Wood Tree Service to grind a stump from a small tree that my husband removed. When the owner, Thomas, came to look at the stump, he also recommended that the very overgrown holly bushes in the front of our yard needed pruning and noticed tree limbs growing onto our roof. He gave us the information and estimate but we did not feel pressured at all to include work beyond the initial request for the stump. We appreciated his expertise and decided to contract for all three. From the start, working with Thomas was smooth and easy. He was very responsive to questions. His crew did a great job, cleared away all the branches and left our yard looking great. I highly recommend this business. I called on Friday because a big tree fell on my grandmother’s home on Thursday night, and Celso was prompt and quick to give us the estimates and go over everything. He was so patient and didn’t rush us to understand.
