Special call out to arborist Jason who made a follow-up visit after the job was completed to discuss a few comments we had on the work, and he helped resolve the issue to our satisfaction. He definitely went above and beyond. Let's face it, many tree removal companies will probably do similar work so this type of customer service is what separates companies from the rest.
