It was a pleasure working with Richard's Tree Service. Their arborist came out and checked the health of my tall trees after storms ripped through NoVa. Before giving me an estimate, he gave me a copy of their proof of insurance and coverage limits which was reassuring since tree cutting accidents happen sometimes and can cause severe property damage. I thought the price was fair for the services required. They kept me updated leading up to the service date and completed the work in a satisfactory manner. They even threw in a lot of top soil for free. I will continue using them for my tree maintenance needs.
Richard and his amazing team removed two dying maples from my front yard, a difficult job because the trees were very close to my house and entwined with all the wires running parallel to the sidewalk. Richard's arborist responded promptly, despite a recent major snow storm, and gave me a quick and fair estimate and set an early date for the work. Despite another snowstorm that arrived just a couple of days before, the crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently, with nary a problem or mishap. I use Richard's Tree Service for our 15-home community and for my personal property as well. They do excellent work at fair and reasonable prices, with clear and detailed documentation in quotes and invoices. They clearly know the business and care about the beauty of trees and the quality of their work. We have used them for years and never been disappointed.
