Alice is excellent to work with (as is Kathy in the office) and very knowledgeable on all things related to trees. She even has a printer in her vehicle to provide a printed proposal on the spot! Grant and the entire crew did a fantastic job last week on a large oak tree. The following day, a neighbor (who is in his own lawn/landscaping business) came over to check out the tree, and was very impressed by the work performed. “Highly recommend. Bill and team were easy to communicate with, highly responsive, showed up on time, and did a great job taking my tree out quickly. They left the area clean and tidy, too. It was a difficult tree with a lot of utility wires running through the branches, but they worked around them without issue. This was also in a tight back alley in DC where access isn’t easy, but they made it work. Would definitely hire again.“

“I had an excellent experience with Heart of Wood Tree Service. We moved into a house that had a severely overgrown Crepe Myrtle. It had grown around power lines and had branches that touched the House. Thomas came out and gave us a free quote and left us with several options. Importantly, he did ask how I wanted to have the tree trimmed - to look natural or to be severely cut back. The crew came out and did the job quickly and well. In addition, they did an AMAZING job of cleaning up after themselves. They raked the yard for any extra branches and removed any scrap that fell off the tree. I highly recommend this company.“
“We contacted Yanez Tree Service for some out of control hedges in our back yard that needed to be cut back. Alex promptly came out and provided an estimate. Christian and a crew came out the same week to complete the work. They took their time and carefully cut back the hedges by hand. In conversation with Christian, it's clear how serious he is about doing a job the right way. The crew even pruned a cherry tree next to the hedges at no additional cost while they were here. Our back yard looks great.We also used Yanez a couple years ago for a large tree that needed to come down. For both jobs we were very satisfied with the level of service and the price. “I hired Artistic to remove a 40 year old Maple and to cut back several large branches that overhung neighbors play area. They did a great job! They worked quickly and left the yard clean and tidy. I was particularly happy with the care they took to not damage any flowers and shrubs under the work areas. The topper is that their price was very fair and considerably less than the other estimates I got. I do highly recommend them!“
