Regency Care of Arlington is highly recommended for its caring and professional staff, led by ED Jason. The social work team, including Mary Conteh, Cico Hall, and Kevin, are known for their helpfulness, knowledge, and family-like treatment of residents. The receptionists, nurses, and CNAs, such as Melrose, Fatima, River, Mensah, Danieka, David, Rodrique, Isatu, Zainab, Jill, Nikki, Abdul, Alfred, and Sammy, consistently show attentive care and compassion. They respond promptly and kindly to residents' needs, providing support even for those with dementia. The facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and grooming, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all. Families feel confident and grateful for the grace and guidance provided during their loved ones’ stay, always greeted with a smile and reassurance that they are in good hands.
On January 17th, 2026, I went to visit a very good friend of the family and as I approached the front desk, the Desk Receptionist greeted me with such courtesy and politeness. I asked her her name and she said Ashley. Ashley had me sign in, gave me a parking pass and let me know the duration of the pass and what spaces I can park in. Then, Ashley told me the room number of my friend and directed me to the elevarors. This is the type of service visitors expect, when they visit residents in institutions like the Regency Care of Arlington. Ashley made me feel welcomed.
I would like to recognize the Unit Manager on the second floor for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my loved one and our family. She went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered, our concerns were heard, and that we felt supported throughout our time there. Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly made a difficult situation easier to navigate. I would also like to thank the second-floor team for their professionalism and support it is clear they work together to provide quality care. We are incredibly grateful, and she is a true asset to the unit! Thank you all for everything!

As lame as it may sound, in this area,...read full review
