This place is unhelpful. I went here (active duty service member) because I could not get an appointment with my pcm at Belvoir—they have a months long wait to see someone. The provider appeared angry that I was not using my PCM. The provider told me I needed to use my assigned pcm and refused to give referrals. The providers here apparently live in a fantasy world where military healthcare is not rationed and we actually have access to medical care. So much for the Hippocratic oath. I’ve had friends have a similar experience at this clinic.

Routinely closed on short/no notice, long wait times to reach staff when calling IF they pick up at all. Providers across all sections are always late and will make you wait 30-60 minutes. Front desk staff are a mixed bag of very nice professionals or rude and unhelpful. Many family medicine doctors will ignore your concerns and will try to get you out within 5 minutes, they will only take care of one immediate concern instead of looking at your whole health record. This clinic really needs to review its supervisors and get new civilian workers. Belvoir or walter reed are long waits but worth it of you want to be properly taken care of.

I wish I had a better experience with this clinic, but unfortunately that has not been the case.

I have visited this clinic five times, and I have consistently left feeling unheard and unsupported. While most of the front desk staff are kind and professional, some employees seem uninterested in helping patients.

My biggest concern is the lack of empathy I experienced from some of the medical staff. During my most recent visit, I was unable to receive the care I was seeking despite explaining that I have a high-risk pregnancy and a history of pregnancy loss. I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for.
