It was my first time doing hot Pilates and the instructor Michaela was the best made me feel welcomed and confident! I LOVED this class I will be coming back it was so fun & refreshing definitely feeling the aftermath of the workouts 10/10
My favorite studio in the area! I’ve been coming here for 3 (!) years and I’ve had great experiences in the wide range of pilates and yoga classes they have. The instructors vary greatly in their teaching styles, so I recommend trying a few classes out to see who works best for you. My only wish is for more deep stretch/gentle flow classes that feel less like a workout and more like full body resets.
I took my first class at the studio with Courtney today and it was phenomenal! She gives such clear instructions and I loved the flow and pace! It was just what I needed today. She is an exceptional yoga teacher. I have been practicing for 13 years and this is one of my favorite classes I’ve been to. Can’t wait to take another!!
