I had the best customer service at Walmart with Alexis! She helped me pick out a great frame that really complemented my face. She helped feel much more comfortable about choosing progressive lenses. I have been urged to get progressive lenses for a few years now, and I finally did. They are great! I do not have to remove my glasses anymore to see up close. It is so much easier to work on a computer and look at papers at the same time. Walmart had a great selection of frames and choices for my lenses. This was one of my best experiences buying glasses, and I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years.

the kingstowne walmart optical does not disappoint. the workers, especially the one male employee are all friendly, helpful and effective....great in-person customer service. i do not find the same level of service at any other walmart optical, and especially not the horrible RVA locations. Alexandria/Kingstowne has always given great service. I drive 100 miles plus to get service at this location.

I encourage everyone who needs lenses go this place. I had the best experience. The staff is the best specially Ms. Erica Benites who was the best. As a client we need someone like her very professional. She helped me with my glasses since I got there. I am so happy with my new glasses thanks to her. Thank you so much Érica you are the best!!!!
