Excellent care in every way. The office staff was courteous and efficient, and they handled my records accurately. The initial testing went well. The optometrist listened attentively and gave me a thorough exam based on my individual needs. She reviewed my history and compared my current eyesight with my previous exams. I liked the selection of eyeglass frames, and invited that staff member to offer an opinion after I could not choose a favorite among four pairs; she did so in a completely friendly way. The staff is very friendly and nice. The process from getting eye exam to glass is very efficient and smooth. Dr. Stefan Young is very nice and friendly. He is very knowledgeable.
Never had my eyes checked so for an actual first experience everything went great. Front staff was nice and helpful, doctor was understanding of my concerns and had a lovely gal help me out picking my glasses. Overall super sweet people.
