My old eye doc retired so I went here (chosen with ZocDoc’s help). Everyone has been so nice! The doc even said my old doctor was overprescribing my last contact prescription by a hair and offered to let my try a new brand that feels more breathable. My eyes have never felt so good 😭 I am really blind, like could die without glasses or contacts so I just accepted that lenses would make my eyes dry and/or feel heavy. Very happy to be a patient here :)
I went for the first time this week. Dr. Vo was fantastic. I have some unusual issues and she really listened, didn’t rush us, and explained everything she was doing clearly and simply.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I appreciated they explained everything they were doing and I never felt rushed.
No upselling, which I appreciated, but they have information on cutting edge products and tech and happily - and honestly - answered my questions.
Highly recommended.
