Wonderful place in the heart of Old Town's waterfront. Friendly and accommodating staff from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Erica. It's called Gentlemen's Quarters but it offers salon, barber, nails, brows, and services for women too. I've been going for 15 years to get my eyebrows waxed by the incomparable Touria. She is masterful in her craft, taking time and precision for every brow sculpting. You'll feel like you had a rejuvinating facial. This is a great place with great service.
The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and you're always greeted through the front door with smiles. I've only gone to Stephen twice now, but each time he has been nothing short of outstanding. When the establishment was closed due to inclimate weather, he personally emailed me to reschedule my appointment. The service here is of the utmost quality, it is personalized, it's customer centric, and I will be returning for the foreseeable future.
I always get a quality haircut and it’s worth the cost to know that it will always be to my satisfaction. Everyone is friendly, I’m always offered something to drink, from the fridge or bar. GQ is a welcoming and expert shop. I always feel I can ask for adjustments to the cut and the hot towel is nice touch.
