I’ve lived in Old Town Alexandria for close to fifteen years. In all that time I’ve looked to a number of barbers but hadn’t really found one that worked well for me. Two months ago I was exploring Lee Street, just east of King Street, and discovered the Old Town Barber Shop. It’s tucked in between Jack’s Place (for breakfast and lunch) and Diya Indian Cuisine – and about three blocks from the Torpedo Factory. Im used to swedish barbers and I gotta say, this is definitely an upgrade. Only critique I have is that they had a bit of a hard time understanding english but otherwise the haircut turned out great.
Good place for a cheap haircut. Do a good job, nice people. Usually no wait. Haven’t had anything to specific or complicated. Blows all the expensive places around out of the water. I don’t need whiskey or 55” tv I just want a haircut lol
