Edit 2: Finally got my refund today. If they ask you to overpay for your co-pay, best get on top of the refund ASAP or they may forget about it.
Edit: 2 months later while doing upkeep on my FSA account and I still have not gotten my refund. I had to contact my healthcare provider again today to restart the process. Hopefully their payroll department follows through this time.
I've been to this location a couple of times and the service there is fast and efficient as others have mentioned.
Unfortunately during my last visit they decided to charge me $160 even though my co-pay for urgent cares is $50 (the other $110 is listed as a deductible/deposit)....read full review
Walked in and met immediately with Tisha at front desk. She was VERY helpful and walked us through all the out of state insurance issues and took her time to explain their care. Was not a long wait for an urgent care office.
Rooms are small so only one extra person. Provider was wearing a mask as a cortousy. She was personable and efficient.
The finest customer service I have ever experienced at an urgent care facility. Tisha and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, as I am dealing with a severe case of shingles. Thank you again!
