I have been bringing my family to this office for over 12 years, and until recently, I never had any major issues aside from the long wait times, even when there were very few patients.
Unfortunately, my recent visits have been a different experience. At today's appointment, I was told I had to pay a balance from my children's visit the previous week, even though I had never received a bill or any prior notification about the balance. The way this was handled was frustrating and unexpected.

Experienced Dr and staff also very friendly, they take care of both of my kids very well, from taking appointments to visit in person,ambiance of the hospital is attractive my toddler loves to play with toys and read books available. we were looking for pediatrician near our home,glad we found a good one.
And also I want to appreciate Dr.mona Hanna for the services she provides, she greets and care for my children very well, either in person or during a telecall visit.

We have been coming to Van Dorn Pediatric for seven years now, starting from the front dusk, nurses to the providers all they are good .
When always I call for emergency I get a visit the same day and quick response to my concern.
My kids just left happy with books or logos .
