I had an issue with them but they met with me to find a solution comprobable to the both of us. I would recommend, if you are punctual and have a consistent routine.
Have been coming to Izalia for years for laser and cannot recommend them enough. Summer has been doing my treatments recently and she is truly the sweetest. Izalia isn't the cheapest option but they do a wonderful job and I feel it is a good value because of their guarantee -- if your hair comes back after the alotted number of sessions, all your subsequent sessions are free, which other places don't offer. Have sent my friends here and will keep coming back (until I have no hair left to laser! haha)
